UX/UI concept
The carefully developed UI design ensures an authentic and intuitive user experience on both mobile and desktop devices. Enabled through careful analyses of storyboards and the creation of customer avatars and design prototypes. Among other things, an innovative image tile multi-menu was implemented, forming an intuitive navigation module based on the existing product categories. Consequentially both end customers and retailers may pursue their interests at ease.

Headless Content Commerce
The Strapi Content Management System is based on a "headless" and "composable business" approach. The CMS scales linearly with Teba's business needs and enables multichannel content provision (landing pages, web shops, social networks, newsletters and microsites) without generating an enterprise cost block.
Page builder in the Strapi CMS
Thanks to templates and the ZYRES page builder, product information is created centrally and published on a time-controlled basis. With the help of predefined assets (components), individual pages can be clicked together in no time. Components, such as a "hero image", can be moved flexibly within the page hierarchy. Thanks to global attributes, the internationalisation of content is partially automated.

Dealer search as a microservice in the Strapi CMS
To support the D2C business of Teba's dealers, a dealer search was connected via a microsite. Based on the map solution from OpenSteetMap, Teba now offers a GDPR-compliant mediation between end customers and dealers. Based on ERP data, dealers are characterized into premium and standard dealers, reflecting their positioning in the search results.

With the intelligent product finder, users can find the right Teba product quickly and easily. Dynamic filters enable intuitive pre-selection - for example by product type, application or special feature. The search starts with the very first click and the results are automatically refined with each further selection. This turns a complex variety of products into a guided, efficient user experience with a clear goal: to find the right product in the shortest possible time - without catalogues or queries.
Product configurator - stress-free customised configuration
The configurator is the centrepiece of the portal: it allows customers to plan customised solutions for privacy, sun and insect screens quickly and precisely. Users select the relevant parameters step by step via a clearly structured user interface: from the product category, window type, model and dimensions to the choice of fabric. The system accesses ERP data in real time - for immediate price output, precise technical details and automatic determination of delivery dates. A finished shopping basket can be saved as a quotation, downloaded or edited later. Additional sketches or special requests can be uploaded for production - so every order is customised and correctly implemented.
Spare parts ordering - self-service instead of advice
Even after the purchase is complete, the portal allows you to quickly find the spare parts you need - using intuitive navigation through product categories or a direct keyword search. Each order can be supplemented with customised notes that are automatically forwarded to Teba's in-house service department. This means that the after-sales service works as smoothly as the order itself - transparent, traceable and directly integrated into the sales process.
Sales equipment - empowering the specialised trade
Teba actively supports its B2B partners in sales: sales staff and dealers can order advertising material, sample cases, posters, catalogues or spare parts boxes directly in the portal. The desired items can be found using filters or a keyword search. This makes the ordering process for marketing and sales materials not only efficient, but also fully integrated into the day-to-day work of the sales teams.
Quick article entry
For large order quantities, the portal offers a time-saving quick mask: enter article numbers and quantities - done. Product details such as price and description are added automatically. Each item can be flexibly activated, deactivated or customised before it is added to the shopping basket. Forms can also be saved as templates to process recurring orders even faster. This reduces effort and errors, especially for frequently used item lists.
Returns as a self-runner
The returns portal makes processing returns, complaints or repairs easier than ever. Customers can find the relevant orders in a flash by entering the order, delivery note or invoice number - directly linked to the ERP system. Registration can be done with or without login; users who are not logged in simply identify themselves by customer number and postcode. Photos, comments or documents can be added easily - for clean documentation and fast processing. Transparency and customer satisfaction are the focus here - without any paper forms or lengthy enquiries.
