Let's say you're planning to implement a new Shopware e-commerce system. The project scope to be financed includes all accompanying services, implementation costs, and license fees.

So what happens next?

1. Financing

After signing the leasing contract with MMV, MMV Bank takes over the interim financing by providing a loan.

2. Implementation Phase

Due installment payments are fully covered by the interim financing. Suppliers involved invoice their services directly with MMV based on project progress. With the first payout, the installment payments of your leasing contract begin, saving you interest on the loan drawn down!

3. Live Operation

After the software is fully operational and the acceptance confirmation has been signed, the interim financing is replaced by the already concluded leasing contract. The term of the leasing contract is shortened by the installments paid during the implementation phase.
