Step 2: Future-Centre Digital building block: From idea to go-live. Our second joint meeting. Before we start, we select the building block from the digital overview with the greatest impact and clear focus on benefits – this is then developed in this step. 4 hours. Collaborative with decision-makers and stakeholders:
  • Precise elaboration of each building block
  • Focus on perspectives: business impact
  • Early detection and elimination of obstacles that could cause your project to fail

Step 3: Success-Blueprint Your E2E concept for the building block that drives your business. Our fourth joint meeting. Within 14 days, our strategy and software architects will develop your E2E concept and present it with an executive summary, ROI and impact analysis in a McKinsey-level presentation. 60 minutes in detail with decision-makers and stakeholders:

How much does the Future-Centre cost?

The Digital-Clarity is free of charge. The Future-Centre, including the Success-Blueprint, costs a flat rate of €3,000, regardless of company size or industry.

Can the digital building blocks developed be implemented with you?

Yes – we can take care of the implementation. However, our concepts are deliberately designed so that you can also implement them with any other service provider or internally. We do not want to artificially tie you to us. The decision is yours.
